During your visit on the sites, we save your search history within a server session so we can show you similar products on future search results. A server session is an encrypted file that remains temporarily on our server during your visit. As a security protocol we store your IP (Internet Protocol) address and your geographical location. IP addresses are a series of numbers that identify your computer location. IP addresses and geographical information is collected to help validate your session and server requests on the sites. We track products you click to create a hierarchy of popular products for future search queries. We track how you reached the sites through a referral. The referral helps us identify where you came from which helps us optimize our site for futures users. Over time, our search results become more accurate because of the information we collect.
In order to better our services we occasionally ask for user feedback. The feedback we collect is never sold or shared to third parties. We simply use the feedback to enhance the sites, we also like to hear what we are doing right and wrong directly from you, our valuable user.
In compliance with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.
